Zip is the son of Country Captain out of Restless Breeze. Breeze was the daughter of our mare, Chick, and Navajo Breeze. Zip—mostly known at J/S as “Rick”, has had a longer show record and has earned his Supreme Championship. He has won the World several times. He is a top cattle, trail, western riding horse and has competed and won the World in game classes. Repeating his Dad—he was the Reserve World Champion Western horse. We have always believed that the Appaloosa’s special quality is their versatility. Zip is the poster horse for that characteristic. Zip is the first Appaloosa in history to win the World's Best and Nutrena Iron Horse Championships at the same time.
